What is your current turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is 5–6 WEEKS from the date your order is placed until it ships. Each piece is made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we create something just for you!
Can I place an order if I haven't decided on a baby name or birthday theme yet?
Of course! You can go ahead and place your order even if you're still deciding on the final details.
Simply leave a note at checkout letting us know what you're waiting to finalize. We'll reach out when it's time to begin working on your order to gather the remaining information.
CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION
Can I add more than three appliqué add-ons to my high chair banner or birthday bundle?
Absolutely! If you'd like more than three appliqué add-ons, simply select "EXTRA SET OF ADD-ONS" from the product dropdown when placing your order.
Be sure to include specific details about what you're envisioning in your order notes. For example, "APPLIQUE BOWS OVER EACH SCALLOP SQUARE."
Can I send in my own item to be embroidered?
We love a custom idea! If you have an item you'd like personalized, please email us before placing your order. We'll review your request and confirm whether we're able to embroider on your item.
Can I see a mockup before my order is made?
Yes! We're happy to provide a mockup upon request. Simply include your request in the order notes when checking out.
PLEASE NOTE: Mockups are only provided when specifically requested at the time of purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every Fairway piece is custom-made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items.
